Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Fort Smith, AR by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Drive late-model trucks with APUs, inverters, and sleeper cabins, supported by in-house maintenance professionals.
Full benefits package includes health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k), plus safety and referral bonuses. Average 5,000 miles per week with home every two weeks.
Must hold a CDL A license with Hazmat endorsement and 12 months of experience.
