Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

At HMD Trucking, experienced solo CDL A drivers transport hazardous materials nationwide under a driver-first approach. With pay starting at 65¢ per mile plus a 2¢ hazmat bonus and average routes hitting 2,500 miles weekly, you’ll enjoy consistent earnings and regular incentives for safety and clean inspections.
Responsibilities:
- Operate late-model tractors (≤3 years) equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers
- Comply with federal, state, and local hazmat regulations
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Keep accurate logs and delivery records
- Coordinate with dispatch for optimized routing
