HazMat Company Driver (W-2) - Georgetown, DE
Join HMD Trucking as an experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Driver focused on HAZMAT freight across the country. We provide strong mileage compensation starting at 77 CPM Split, plus an additional 4 CPM for hazmat loads, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles and bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.
What We Offer:

Requirements:
- Must possess a valid CDL A license with at least 12 months of experience.
- HAZMAT endorsement is necessary.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
