Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Grand Rapids, MI by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Hazmat deliveries with your partner
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections
- Follow FMCSA and HMD safety procedures
We offer 77 CPM split pay plus 2 CPM Hazmat premium, weekly incentives for safety and performance, and a modern fleet under three years old equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers.
