Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport hazardous materials under federal and state regulations
- Keep accurate logs, inspection records, and comply with HAZMAT protocols
- Coordinate efficient routing for timely deliveries
Drivers benefit from late-model trucks with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, plus in-house maintenance. Expect weekly averages near 2,500 miles, bonuses for safety and referrals, full health and retirement benefits, and home every two weeks.
