Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Indianapolis, IN by Benefit Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely haul dry van freight and hazardous materials
- Adhere to DOT, state, and company regulations
- Collaborate with co-driver to optimize routes and efficiency
- Maintain accurate logs and equipment inspections
Drivers receive $0.77–$0.84 per mile (split) and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and biweekly home time. Additional safety and performance incentives reward your expertise.
