Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Jersey City, NJ by Benefit Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

You will safely transport dry van loads on both regional and long-distance runs, ensuring compliance and reliability.

- Drive in tandem to maintain efficient schedules
- Enforce FMCSA regulations and conduct safety checks
- Keep meticulous logs and cargo records
