Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

From Kokomo, IN, you’ll join HMD’s OTR crews transporting HAZMAT shipments nationwide.
Receive 77¢/mi base pay plus 2¢/mi hazmat bonus, averaging about 5,000 miles weekly.
What You’ll Handle:
- Operate modern dry van tractors (under 3 years old) with APUs, inverters, and sleeper cabs
- Partner with a teammate to ensure safe, compliant deliveries under FMCSA regulations
- Conduct thorough inspections and maintain accurate documentation
Enjoy in-house maintenance support, home time every two weeks, and robust benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).CDL A license and Hazmat endorsement with at least 12 months of experience required.
