HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Lawrence, MA
HMD Trucking is actively seeking experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport HAZMAT freight across the country.
Our Offer Includes:
- Strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with an additional 4 CPM for hazmat loads.
- Average weekly mileage around 5,000 with bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
- Drive modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping areas.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support to ensure your truck is always in top condition.
- Home every two weeks, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid CDL A with Hazmat endorsement.
- At least 12 months of OTR driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home
