HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Lowell, MA
HMD Trucking is seeking experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to carry HAZMAT freight across the nation. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with an additional 4 CPM for hazmat loads, averaging around 5,000 miles weekly, and bonuses for safe driving and referrals.
What We Offer:
- Modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping arrangements.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks with full benefits: health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
Requirements:
- Must have a valid CDL A with Hazmat endorsement.
- Minimum of 12 months of OTR driving experience.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
