HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Lynn, MA
HMD Trucking is currently hiring experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers for HAZMAT freight transportation across the nation.
What We Provide:
- Competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, plus an additional 4 CPM for hazmat loads.
- Average weekly mileage of around 5,000 with bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
- Drive modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping areas.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks, allowing for a better work-life balance.
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license with Hazmat endorsement.
- At least 12 months of OTR driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
