HazMat Company Driver (W-2) - Medford, OK
HMD Trucking is looking for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Drivers to handle Hazmat freight nationwide. We offer a strong mileage pay starting at 60 CPM plus an additional 4 CPM for hazmat loads, averaging about 2,500 miles weekly. Earn bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
Benefits Include:
- Access to modern trucks, under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers.
- In-house maintenance support for reliable operations.
- Home every three weeks, with full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of OTR experience required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
