HazMat Company Driver (W-2) - Millsboro, DE
Join HMD Trucking as we hire experienced OTR Solo CDL A Drivers to transport HAZMAT freight across the country. We offer solid mileage pay starting at 60 CPM, plus an extra 4 CPM for hauling hazmat, with weekly averages of about 2,500 miles. Bonuses are available for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

What You Need:
- A valid CDL A license and a minimum of 12 months of OTR experience.
- A strong focus on safety and maintaining a clean driving record.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
