Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Based in Noblesville, IN, you’ll become part of HMD’s OTR team moving HAZMAT loads safely across the U.S.
Enjoy 77¢/mi base pay plus a 2¢/mi premium for hazmat runs, with weekly averages of around 5,000 miles.
Responsibilities:
- Drive late-model dry van tractors under 3 years old, complete with APUs, inverters, and sleepers
- Collaborate with a co-driver to ensure FMCSA compliance and safe delivery
- Perform inspections, logging, and secure cargo handling
