HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Saint Joseph, MO
Join HMD Trucking as we look for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Drivers to manage HAZMAT freight operations nationwide.
Position Highlights:
- Starting mileage pay at 60 CPM with an extra 4 CPM for hazmat transport.
- Average weekly miles of approximately 2,500.
- Performance bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.
- Drive modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs and inverters for comfort on the road.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support ensures your truck is always ready.
- Home every two weeks with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must possess a valid CDL A license.
- At least 12 months of OTR driving experience is required.
- A strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
