Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Baltic, SD

Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR position that provides weekly home time and low physical demands? American Trucking Group offers dry van routes across the Midwest with excellent equipment and competitive compensation.

Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to have steady miles while prioritizing family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfortable driving. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations enables you to minimize physical work and concentrate on driving.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers can anticipate earnings between $1,200 to $1,600 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Our routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are taken care of through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
