Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Barron, WI
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an over-the-road position that guarantees weekly home time and involves minimal physical labor? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the Midwest with top-quality equipment and competitive compensation.
Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are structured to provide consistent miles while allowing you to spend quality time with family and manage personal obligations.
Equipment:
- Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. You may take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there’s safe parking available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handle dry van freight, featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This allows you to focus on driving, maximizing your efficiency without heavy physical demands.
Pay and Miles:
- Drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, contingent on mileage and performance. Extra compensation includes detention following customer policies, $12 per hour for layover after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.
Running Area:
- Our routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All toll expenses are covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.
