Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are structured to provide consistent miles while allowing you to spend quality time with family and manage personal obligations.

Equipment:

• Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. You may take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there’s safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily handle dry van freight, featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This allows you to focus on driving, maximizing your efficiency without heavy physical demands.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, contingent on mileage and performance. Extra compensation includes detention following customer policies, $12 per hour for layover after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area:

• Our routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All toll expenses are covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
