Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Belton, MO
Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR position that guarantees weekly home time and requires minimal physical effort? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes with high-quality equipment and competitive pay. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while keeping a consistent schedule that gets you home each week.
Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles while ensuring you have time for family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks outfitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for temperature control. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This arrangement minimizes physical workload, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Drivers typically earn between $1,150 to $1,500 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Routes cover Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Michigan. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
