Home Time:

Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles while ensuring you have time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks outfitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for temperature control. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This arrangement minimizes physical workload, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

Drivers typically earn between $1,150 to $1,500 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

Routes cover Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Michigan. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:
