Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Biloxi, MS

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a fulfilling OTR position that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical effort? Home Time:

Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are structured to provide consistent miles while allowing you to enjoy regular time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, assuming there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

Focus on driving with primarily dry van freight that is 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook. The minimal physical workload allows you to concentrate on driving and enhancing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

Drivers typically earn between $900 and $1,200 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and a safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for keeping an accident-free record.

Running Area:

Cover Southeast regional routes including Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
