Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Boiling Springs, SC

Position Overview:

• Primarily deal with dry van freight, with 95% being no-touch and 85% drop and hook, keeping physical effort to a minimum.
• Average earnings range from $1,150 to $1,500 weekly, depending on performance and mileage.
• Operating regions include GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.

Equipment & Benefits:

• Drive modern fleets including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth, all featuring 1,500-watt inverters and the Opti-Idle system for efficient climate control.
• Drivers can take their truck and trailer home if there is a safe parking option.
• Benefits begin on the first of the month after 60 days of employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus $20,000 in life insurance paid by the company.
• Enjoy vacation pay and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%.
• A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions based on the season.

Additional Compensation:

• Detention pay based on customer policy, and layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour.
• An annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.
• All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation:

• Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations.
• Transportation will be provided via bus or train, along with a private hotel room and meals during orientation.
