Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Brandon, SD
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a rewarding OTR position with weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the Midwest with top-notch equipment and competitive pay.
Home Time:
- Return home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes ensure you have steady miles while maintaining family time and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks featuring 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfortable driving. Your assigned truck and trailer can be taken home if safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Most of our freight is dry van with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This means less physical work and more focus on driving.
Pay and Miles:
- Drivers can earn between $1,200 to $1,600 weekly, based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and a safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Our routes cover states including Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are taken care of with EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
