Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Carmel, IN
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity that provides weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the Midwest with top-quality equipment and competitive pay. Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are structured to offer steady miles while allowing you to enjoy regular time with family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
- Take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Mainly dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical work, enabling you to focus on driving and improving your efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,100 per week depending on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Covering routes in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky. All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits:

- $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%.
- A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions.

Requirements
