Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Chattanooga, TN
Become a part of the American Trucking Group as a Regional Dry Van Driver in Chattanooga, TN. We are looking for skilled CDL-A drivers for our Over-the-Road (OTR) dry van positions that allow you to enjoy home time each week for a 34-hour reset.
Position Highlights:
- Earnings: Weekly pay ranges from $1,150 to $1,500 based on your mileage and performance metrics.
- Type of Freight: Most of our freight is dry van, with 95% being no-touch and 85% drop and hook, minimizing physical demands on drivers.
- Driving Area: Operating in GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.
Fleet Information: Our fleet consists of modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, featuring:
- 1,500-watt inverters for power
- Opti-Idle systems for temperature control
Home Time Policy: Drivers are permitted to take their truck and trailer home, provided there’s a safe location for parking.

Additional Compensation Opportunities:
- Detention pay according to customer policies.
- Layover pay starting at $12 per hour after the first hour.
- An annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.
- All toll expenses covered using EZ Pass and toll cards.
Orientation Process: The orientation spans three days from Tuesday to Thursday in different locations. We offer bus or train transportation and provide a private hotel room, as well as meals during the orientation.
Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 12 months tractor trailer experience
- • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
