Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Cleveland, TN

American Trucking Group is seeking CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van position, ensuring weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.

Job Highlights:

• The freight is primarily dry van, with 95% being no-touch and 85% drop and hook, resulting in minimal physical work.
• Average earnings range between $1,150 and $1,500 weekly, based on mileage and performance.
• Operating areas cover GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.
• We operate a fleet of late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort.

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance, alongside $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
• Vacation pay and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3% are also included.
• A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions depending on the season.

Extra Compensation:

• Detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
• All tolls are covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation Overview:

• Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday at multiple locations, with transportation, hotel stays, and meals provided.
• Orientation sites include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
