Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Cottage Grove, MN
Are you a CDL-A driver exploring OTR opportunities that provide weekly home time and minimal physical demands? American Trucking Group offers dry van routes across the Midwest, featuring excellent equipment and competitive compensation. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while maintaining a steady schedule that gets you home weekly.
Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes ensure consistent miles while allowing you to prioritize family time.
Equipment:
- Drive contemporary International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations.
- Engage in minimal physical work, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings between $900 and $1,200 weekly, depending on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Covering Midwest routes including Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia.
- All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Requirements
