Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR role that provides weekly home time and minimal physical demands? Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to provide consistent miles, enabling you to maintain regular time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for efficient heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This setup minimizes physical work, allowing you to concentrate on driving and maximizing efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers earn approximately $1,000 to $1,250 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

• Our routes cover Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective the first of the month after 60 days of employment. $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
