Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Fort Wayne, IN
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR position that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical demands? Home Time:
- Return home every week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are structured to offer consistent miles while allowing you to enjoy regular time with family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for temperature control.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Mainly dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical effort required, allowing you to focus on driving and improving your efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Average weekly earnings of $1,100 based on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Routes covering Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky. All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Requirements
