Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Fountain Inn, SC

Position Overview:

• Primarily work with dry van freight, where 95% is no-touch and 85% is drop and hook, minimizing physical exertion.
• Average weekly earnings range from $1,150 to $1,500 based on mileage and performance.
• Running areas include GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.

Equipment & Benefits:

• Drive modern trucks such as International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and the Opti-Idle system for heating and cooling.
• Drivers can take their truck and trailer home if a safe parking area is available.
• Benefits start on the first of the month after 60 days of employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance along with $20,000 in company-paid life insurance.
• Enjoy vacation pay and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%.
• A passenger policy is available after 30 days of employment, with age restrictions depending on the season.

Additional Compensation:

• Detention pay based on customer policy, and layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour.
• An annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for an accident-free driving record.
• All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation:

• Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations.
• Transportation is provided via bus or train, along with a private hotel room and meals during orientation.
