Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Gaffney, SC

American Trucking Group is on the lookout for CDL-A Regional Dry Van Drivers. Experience the benefit of returning home weekly with a 34-hour reset.

Job Highlights:

• Work primarily with dry van freight, with 95% being no-touch and 85% drop and hook, keeping physical work to a minimum.
• Average earnings range from $1,150 to $1,500 weekly, dependent on mileage and performance.
• Operating regions include GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.

Equipment & Benefits:

• Drive modern fleets including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth models, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for efficient heating and cooling.
• Take the truck home as long as there is a safe parking option.
• Benefits commence on the first of the month following 60 days of employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance plus $20,000 in life insurance paid by the company.
• Receive vacation pay and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%.
• After 30 days, a passenger policy is available, with age restrictions based on the season.

Additional Compensation:

• Detention pay based on customer policy, and layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour.
• An annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
• All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation:

• Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations.
• Transportation will be provided via bus or train, along with a private hotel room and meals during the orientation.
