Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity that offers weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West, featuring excellent equipment and competitive pay. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while adhering to a consistent schedule that gets you home every week.

Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset, our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles while ensuring you have quality time with your family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Your primary responsibility will be handling dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This means minimal physical work, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers generally earn between $1,000 and $1,250 per week, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area: Routes cover Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming. All tolls are managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
