Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Gulfport, MS

Are you a CDL-A driver searching for a fulfilling OTR position that provides weekly home time with minimal physical effort? Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while ensuring you get home every week.

Home Time:

Return home each week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are structured to deliver steady miles while allowing you to maintain regular time with family and personal obligations.

Equipment:

Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks outfitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, given that there is secure parking available.

No Touch Freight:

Enjoy the ease of primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. The minimal physical workload allows you to concentrate on driving and enhance your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

Average earnings range from $900 to $1,200 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional benefits include detention pay according to customer policy, layover pay starting at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for keeping an accident-free record.

Running Area:

Navigate Southeast regional routes covering Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additionally, enjoy $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
