Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Hilton Head, SC

American Trucking Group is looking for CDL-A drivers for our OTR dry van positions in Hilton Head, SC. Enjoy weekly home time with a 34-hour reset to recharge.

Job Features:

• Transport primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations, minimizing your physical workload.
• Average weekly earnings of $1,150 to $1,500 depending on your mileage and performance.
• Operate in a running area that includes GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.

Fleet Information:

• Drive late-model trucks such as International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and the Opti-Idle system.
• Take your truck and trailer home, provided you have a safe parking space available.

Benefits Package:

• Benefits kick in on the first of the month after 60 days, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with $20,000 in company-paid life insurance.
• Vacation pay and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions; no pets allowed.

Additional Earnings:

• Extra compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour for layover after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
• All tolls are covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation Process:

• Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations, with provided transportation by bus or train, private hotel rooms, and meals.
• Orientation sites include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
