Are you a CDL-A driver seeking a rewarding OTR role that offers weekly home time and minimal physical demands? Home Time:

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles while allowing you to enjoy valuable time with family and manage personal responsibilities.

Equipment:

• Operate modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for temperature control. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Focus primarily on dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This setup minimizes physical labor, enabling you to concentrate on driving and maximizing efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Expect earnings between $1,150 to $1,500 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area:

• Routes cover Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Michigan. All tolls are covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance start the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional perks include $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
