Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Kansas City, MO
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of a dedicated role with excellent home time and competitive pay? At American Trucking Group, we offer Dollar Tree delivery routes throughout the Midwest and South with modern equipment and ample earning potential. Experience the reliability of dedicated retail runs while ensuring quality family time at home.
Home Time:
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset with dependable schedules.
- Our dedicated Dollar Tree routes provide consistent timing for valuable family time and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths equipped with 1,200-1,500 watt inverters.
- Park at terminals or take the truck home with secure parking options available.
Touch Freight:
- 100% touch freight deliveries to Dollar Tree store locations.
- 50-60% drop and hook operations, while remaining loads are live unload to provide varied daily tasks.
Pay and Miles:
- Drivers covering 1,800 miles and 4 loads typically earn around $1,400 weekly after tax.
- Enjoy a $1,000 sign-on bonus along with additional compensation, including detention pay ($12.50/hour after 2nd hour) and layover pay ($100/day excluding Sundays).
Running Area:
- Deliveries dedicated to Dollar Tree across North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana.

Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Minimum 3 months tractor trailer experience
