Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Lawrence, MA
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR role that ensures weekly home time with minimal physical demands? Home Time:
- Return home every week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are designed to ensure steady miles while allowing you to spend quality time with family and manage personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks outfitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort.
- You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Mainly handling dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical demands enable you to focus on your driving and enhance your productivity.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings range between $1,000 and $1,450 per week based on mileage and performance metrics.
- Additional compensation structures include detention pay per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Operating in Northeast regional routes from Maine to Virginia.
- All tolls are covered using EZ Pass and toll cards.
