Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Livonia, MI
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an exciting OTR opportunity that ensures weekly home time with minimal physical demands? American Trucking Group offers dry van routes across the Midwest with top-notch equipment and competitive pay. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while keeping a consistent schedule that gets you home every week.
Home Time:
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset to help you maintain personal and family commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily work with dry van freight featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This approach minimizes physical labor and allows you to focus on driving efficiently.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings for drivers are around $1,100 per week, influenced by mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, $12 hourly layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for safe driving records.
Running Area:
- Routes include Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky, with all tolls covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance available beginning the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.

Requirements
