Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR role that offers weekly home time and minimal physical demands? American Trucking Group has dry van routes available across the Southwest and Mountain West regions, providing excellent equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time: Be home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are crafted to ensure you maintain steady miles while enjoying time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, as long as there is safe parking.

No Touch Freight: Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations. Minimal physical work is required, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn between $900 and $1,200 weekly depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Our routes cover New Mexico, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. All tolls are managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
