Home Time:

• Enjoy being home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to ensure you have steady miles while allowing you to maintain regular time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for efficient heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This arrangement requires minimal physical exertion, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn between $1,000 to $1,250 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area:

• Our routes cover Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming. All toll expenses are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment. $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions.
