Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that ensures weekly home time while keeping physical demands low? Home Time:

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to provide consistent miles, ensuring you spend time with family and fulfill personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations. This means less physical work for you, allowing you to concentrate on driving and maximizing efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers can expect to earn between $1,200 to $1,600 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area:

• Routes extend across Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance becomes effective on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
