Home Time:

• Home each week for a 34-hour reset, ensuring you can spend quality time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control. Your assigned truck and trailer can be taken home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily engaged with dry van freight featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook operations, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn between $1,200 to $1,600 per week depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
