Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Southfield, MI

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity that offers consistent home time and minimal physical demands? Join American Trucking Group for dry van routes across the Midwest with excellent equipment and competitive pay.

Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset, ensuring you can maintain family time and personal commitments while driving steady miles.

Equipment: Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. Take your assigned truck home if there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight: Most freight is dry van with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, allowing you to focus on driving with minimal physical effort.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,200 to $1,600 weekly depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area: Routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins the first month after 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days.
