Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Spartanburg, SC

American Trucking Group is actively hiring CDL-A drivers for our OTR dry van positions. Experience the advantage of weekly home time with a 34-hour reset for a balanced lifestyle.

What to Expect:

Average earnings between $1,150 and $1,500 weekly, influenced by your mileage and performance.
We primarily handle no-touch freight (95%) with 85% drop and hook, minimizing physical effort required.
Operating regions include GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.

Fleet Features:

Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and the Opti-Idle system for optimal climate control.
Drivers are permitted to take trucks and trailers home, provided a safe parking option is available.

Benefits Package:

Comprehensive benefits begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
$20,000 in company-paid life insurance.
Vacation pay and a 401(k) plan with a 50% match up to 3%.
A passenger policy will be accessible after 30 days, with age restrictions applicable.

Additional Compensation:

Detention pay based on customer policies.
Layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour.
An annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for drivers with accident-free records.
All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation Details:

Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday at multiple locations.
We provide transportation by bus or train, a private hotel room, and meals during the orientation.
Orientation locations include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
