Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Troy, AL

Join American Trucking Group as a CDL-A driver for our regional dry van opportunities. Experience the benefit of weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.

Responsibilities:

Safely transport dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook, ensuring minimal physical work.
Average weekly earnings between $1,150 and $1,500 based on performance and mileage.

Running Areas:

Covering Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama.

Equipment Provided:

Drive late-model trucks, including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort.
Trucks can be taken home as long as there is a safe parking location.

Benefits:

$20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% match up to 3%.
Passenger policy after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.

Additional Compensation:

Detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation:

Three-day orientation from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations, with transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals provided.
Orientation sites include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
