Regional Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Trussville, AL

American Trucking Group is hiring CDL-A drivers for our regional dry van positions. Enjoy the benefit of returning home weekly for a 34-hour reset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport dry van freight with the majority being no-touch and drop and hook, requiring minimal physical effort.
• Average earnings between $1,150 and $1,500 weekly based on your performance.

Service Area:

• Covering regions in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama.

Truck Fleet:

• Drive our modern fleet of International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
• You may take the truck and trailer home if you have a secure parking spot.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
• $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% match up to 3%.
• Passenger policy available after 30 days, with age restrictions based on the season.

Additional Pay:

• Detention pay based on customer policies, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
• All tolls covered with EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation Information:

• Attend a three-day orientation from Tuesday to Thursday at various locations. Transportation, hotel, and meals will be provided.
• Orientation locations include Alvarado, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chester, VA; Juliet, TN; Jacksonville, FL; Tacoma, WA; Medford, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.
