Job Highlights:

• Handle primarily dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook, minimizing the physical workload.
• Average earnings range between $1,150 and $1,500 weekly, depending on mileage and performance.
• Covering regions include GA, FL, SC, NC, TN, and AL.

Equipment & Benefits:

• Drive late-model trucks including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth, equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and the Opti-Idle system for efficient temperature control.
• Drivers can take their truck and trailer home if there’s a secure parking spot.
• Benefits begin on the first of the month after 60 days of employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus $20,000 in company-paid life insurance.
• Enjoy vacation pay and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%.
• A passenger policy is available after 30 days of employment, with age restrictions depending on the season.

Additional Compensation:

• Detention pay based on customer policy, and layover pay at $12/hour after the first hour.
• An annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.
• All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Orientation:

• Orientation lasts three days from Tuesday to Thursday, held at multiple locations.
• We provide transportation by bus or train, along with a private hotel room and meals during orientation.
