Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity that provides weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we specialize in dry van routes throughout the Midwest, offering excellent equipment and competitive compensation.

Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to maintain a steady relationship with family and personal life.

Equipment: Drive late-model trucks like International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth models, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home when safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, minimizing physical effort and enabling you to focus on driving.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect earnings between $900 to $1,200 weekly, based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Covering Midwest regional routes, including Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Receive medical, dental, and vision insurance starting on the first of the month following 60 days of employment, alongside $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is accessible after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
