Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - West Des Moines, IA
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking a reliable position with excellent home time and competitive pay? Join American Trucking Group and experience dedicated Dollar Tree delivery routes throughout the Midwest and South, utilizing modern equipment and offering significant earning potential.
Home Time: Enjoy weekly home time for a 34-hour reset with predictable schedules that allow for valuable family time and personal commitments.
Equipment: Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths, equipped with 1,200-1,500 watt inverters. You can choose to park at terminals or take your truck home with secure parking options.
Touch Freight: Manage 100% touch freight deliveries to Dollar Tree locations, with 50-60% drop and hook operations, while the remaining loads involve live unloading for a varied daily routine.
Pay and Miles: Drivers typically cover around 1,800 miles and complete 4 loads, averaging $1,400 weekly after tax. Receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus and additional compensation, including detention pay at $12.50/hour after the second hour and layover pay of $100/day (excluding Sundays).
Running Area: Our dedicated routes span across North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana, delivering to Dollar Tree stores.
