Home Time:

Home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
Our OTR routes are structured to ensure consistent miles, allowing you to prioritize family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for your comfort.
You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there’s safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

Mainly dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
Minimal physical work required lets you focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

Average earnings of $1,100 per week based on mileage and performance.
Additional compensation includes detention pay per customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area:

Routes cover Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky, with all tolls managed through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

$20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%.
A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
