Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- $2,500 sign-on bonus

Vacancy description
Drive nationwide dry-van lanes out of Arlington Heights, IL with HMD Trucking in late-model equipment featuring sleepers, APUs and inverters. The role focuses on safe, timely freight delivery with reliable company support and steady freight volumes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operate a CDL-A tractor on long-haul routes and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Complete trip paperwork, maintain logs and follow regulatory requirements.
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report any mechanical concerns.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean inspections, commitment to safety and professional attitude.
